Welcome to HANA SPACE. By accessing or purchasing from our website you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

 

“We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to HANA SPACE.

“You”, “Customer”, “User” refer to anyone using our services or purchasing our products.

“Services” include all products, website content, customer support, and related offerings.

 

Products & Services

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However:

  • Colors may vary due to screen settings.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.
  • Alternative options for sold-out items is possible if order is already processed
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Please note all Kpop products are PRE-ORDER

 

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AED/Dirhams

Payment must be completed at checkout through approved payment methods or COD (Acceptable for orders under 400AED).

We are not responsible for additional bank or transaction fees.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

 

Order process timeline

Order placed - Order processed - Awaiting items arrival to UAE from Korea - Arrived in UAE - Prepared to be delivered to you

  • Kpop/Merchandise products estimated shipping duration : 1-3 weeks (delays may occur)
  • K-beauty products estimated shipping duration : 1-2 weeks (delays may occur)
  • On-Hand Items estimated shipping duration : 4-7 days (delays may occur)

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our policy is as follows:

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Certain items (e.g., makeup, skincare, merchandise) may be non‑returnable.
  • Refunds are issued through bank transfer after inspection.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs of purchase, unless already processed or shipped.

 

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our website or services
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Copy, distribute, or exploit our content without permission

 

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses caused by courier delays or third‑party services
  • Misuse of products by the customer

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

 

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

 

Response Time Disclaimer

Our customer support team responds within 24–48 hours during business days. Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, or high‑volume periods.


Order Processing & Status Updates

Order processing and status updates are provided based on supplier timelines and courier availability. Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control. All order updates will be sent through the registered email 

 

COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

By placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the customer agrees to accept and pay for the order upon delivery. Repeated refusal, cancellation upon delivery, or failure to receive COD orders may result in:

  • Suspension of COD privileges
  • Requirement of full/partial prepayment for future orders
  • Order cancellation without notice

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders under 400 AED. Orders totaling 400 AED or more require full or partial prepayment to confirm the order.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after processing. If a customer requests cancellation due to personal reasons (including insufficient funds), the order may be cancelled at our discretion. Frequent cancellations may affect future ordering privileges.

 

Fair Use Policy

COD is offered as a convenience. Misuse of COD (fake orders, refusal to pay, unavailability at delivery) harms small businesses. We reserve the right to blacklist customers who misuse this service.
